Astor City Scientist is a minifigure in the Ultra Agents theme that was introduced in 2014. The Astor City Scientist has white legs, arms, and torso with black hands and hips. His face is printed depicting a worried expression. His headpiece is similar to that of the Hazmat Guy, but with white coloring and differing print. He is equipped with a radioactive rod, due to its proximity to the pollutonium crystal.
