Train Electric Speed Regulator 9V, LEGO® Part# 2868b. They are used in good condition and were tested to ensure they work. The parts themselves may show some signs of wear and/or minor scratches on bottom and/or top. 

This part was designed to regulate the speed of the train. It works with the older 9v train system only.
