Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King, is a legendary monkey who once trapped the Demon Bull King inside a mountain. At some point in time after imprisoning the Demon Bull King, the Monkey King took a liking to a young teen by the name of MK and thought that he would perfect for his successor. After meeting MK at Flower Fruit Mountain, he encourages MK to believe in himself and take the Golden Staff back after it was taken by Princess Iron Fan.
