Behind the Scenes Tour for up to 6 people

Our Behind the Scenes Tour is nothing fancy, you get to see our messy basement, our messy backend operations and our messy shipping room, and yet no one is ever disappointed! We require a $10 payment per group of 6 to take the tour to ensure we have staff available at the requested time and to ensure all tour stops are clean and accessible. Tours must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance. The $10 deposit will be given back in store credit at the end of the tour!

Tour rules:

1) No Touching Anything!

2) This tour requires walking down tall stairs and through tight aisles filled with LEGO® products. We do apologize but this tour is not handicap accessible.

3) Yes, things you see are for sale but they are almost all listed on our website so you can buy them there. Before asking "can I buy this," check our website, as you can likely just buy it same day on our website for in-store pickup!

4) Questions are allowed but please refrain from telling stories, you are not the tour guide, just listen and enjoy the tour.

5) Pictures and video are allowed but there may be confidential projects we are working on that will be either covered or we ask that you not take pictures.

6) Maximum of 6 people per tour, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
