This is a USB Power Adjustor. Great for dimming LED lights and adjusting the speed of LEGO Power Functions motors when using our exclusive Power Functions to USB Power Adapter. The total length is 11" from end to end. Knob can be turned in off position, dialed up and dialed down. This will regulate the power on any USB plug or device.
